Responsible for the day to day operations of the City; including finance, clerk of the Council, budget preparation, records management, elections official, grant managementand provides select notary services.
Responsible for the utility billing. Answers questions relating to water/sewer services, parks, planning, and historic district. Provides forms and applications relating to each department.
The Code Enforcement Officer investigates potential violations of the City's ordinances. Citizens can call City Hall to file a complaint, mail a completed complaint form (see Forms Section), or submit an electronic complaint in the Contact section.
